The Department of Posts has decided to increase postal charges with effect from tomorrow (09).
Accordingly, the Department has increased the minimum postal charge to Rs. 70, and stated that the revised rates will come into effect from tomorrow.
In addition, the registered letter rates will be increased by Rs. 20, rising from Rs. 110 to Rs. 130, the Department announced.
